When nosey people get involved...

Hello blogging world!!!

This IS NOT BECKY!!!

This is some crazy lady that hacked her account so I could fill you in on what is going on with our dear friend.

As you know, this cute girl is expecting her fourth boy in two months.

HOWEVER….

Becky went to the hospital today, trying to keep this impatient little one inside her tummy just a little longer. She will be there a couple days at least and then on BEDREST until her baby is done “cooking”.

Right now, both baby & mom are doing fine. They are being carefully monitored and mom is eating her fill of hospital food. She is also well supplied with new books – hmmm, she might be doing MORE than fine!

Oh yes – and please remember to ask her what she and chickens have in common!

Please send prayers and love her way!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Bex, Our prayers are with you guys! I hope everything is ok. I am hoping that everything is under control and that you just get a couple days (sans kidlets) to put your feet up, and read a book while the nurses massage your shoulders. RIGHT! We'll be praying that baby cooks a little longer and that everything goes ok. Love you!

Oh, I have been there. I had two such hospital visits with my little Asher. Fortunately he ended up staying in until 38 weeks. Becky, I'll be praying your little guy does too!

Oh, my, oh, my!

If she is not up to blogging, give her my love. All of our love.

And if you are reading this Becky, what do you need that can come in the mail? Because I can't babysit your boys from Utah. So, what can I do?

I wish that I could come take care of you and your boys! Love you!

Dearest blogging friends - your thoughts and prayers are SO appreciated. I wish I could give you all a big hug in person - so consider yourself hugged! Grandma J is on her way to take care of LP, OB and Mr. Squishy and to make sure our dear one actually stays in bed! (If she really makes it home, she may be in the hospital for 4-8 weeks depending on how it goes - we will keep you updated....)THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Becky, people aren't supposed to have gizzards. You are an anomaly. As is the idea that a mama of will actually get bed rest if she doesn't let everyone step in. So, get lots of rest now so you can be at home around all your kiddos that love you.

Oh, and grandma, let the RS help you out. Toddlers have insane amounts of energy.

Wish I were closer and didn't have a new baby myself.

Hmmm...Becky and chickens. Well, I know that only one of them has a p*ck*r, so it's not that...

STAY DOWN, DARLING!! I'm now going to sing you a song made popular when I was a girl. Which meant it was accompanied by Fred Flintstone blowing into a saber tooth tiger tusk:

"Becky, don't be a hero,
Don't lift a dish or a kniyiyiife.
Becky, don't be a hero,
Find a "Big Love" sister wiyiyiife!

And as you learn to lay low,
There is something you gotta knowowow
Kids don't barf in your hair when they're on the insiyiiide."

I hope that means as much to you now as it did to millions of 13-year olds back in the Bronze age.

Sending all my spare karma your way, babe!

You and your family will be in my prayers.

Oi! HUGE sympathies Becky! Best advice from a former bed rester? TV is your friend, books are your new companions, and if you can find something "productive" to do lying down (I did crochet and Christmas cards) you might stay a wee bit saner.

Really hope everything is going to be okay - you'll be in my prayers!

You're in my prayers, I hope you are comfortable and happy, and I hope the little guy can calm down until he's supposed to be here. Good luck!

Thinking of ya, amiga. And if you sing DeNae's song in your head enough times it just might work. LOL

Oh no! I feel for you. I really, REALLY do. Bedrest seems to be my fate in the end of my pregnancies.

Know that I'm thinking about you and praying for you and your baby. I hope you don't have to have Magnesium. That stuff is HORRID.

Well then hacker, nosey is spelled nosy.

Annette Lyon said...

Please keep us updated! Mom and baby have lots of friends who care out here.

(If she needs anything else to read, pop me an e-mail, and I can mail her one of my books.)

Nosy and nosey are both correct spellings of the word. Not that it has anything to do with the subject.

Magnesium is nasty nasty stuff. I'm sorry, my friend. I hope your labor room has WiFi. If it makes you feel better, the view from the labor and delivery unit I work in is of snow, and they aren't even letting new mommies and babies leave because the snow is so bad. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're in good hands. You, your family, and that little impatient one inside are in my prayers.
