And what are your methods? I need to do it soon and I REALLY don't want to.

Insane. You are. I am all for keeping them in diapers until they are 20...
then they can train themselves.

no, no, no! He can't grow up! He's Mr. Squishy!

But that said... good luck, my friend. I'll be calling you in about 15 months. Or whenever it is you're supposed to let them poop all over the house till they learn to get their booty on the toilet.

Day like this, I'm SOOOOO glad that era is over for me.

You have my deepest condolences.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Oh, the best of luck to you! I'm on month nine. No joke. (And mine's a girl! Aren't they "supposed to be" easier!?)

I'll pray for you.

(p.s. loved your long comment the other day. You are so wise, of course. Luckily, our kids are really good during scripture study, our big problem has just been consistency.)

Oh. My.

Two out of our three kids have been nightmares to train. Claira won't have to do much to convince us she's the golden child.

Good luck!

I'm reminded of the part on "look who's talking" where the potty says "i want your pee pee!" or whatever and then kirstie allie and john travolta start singing pee-pee in the potty! with the toilet lid... yeah... sb was super easy and practically trained herself. tj took uhm... almost years. and he still has to wear a pull up to bed. kempton? i just hope we get it done before j gets here...i have seriously contemplated paying someone to do it...

so to second a comment from up top, a post on methodology you use would be great :) (and don't be afraid to throw in any frustrations you have... it's nice to know that you might be flawed ;p) (that's supposed to be a joke ;) right? get it? ok. good luck and have fun?
